We utilize our expertise to organize and operate every aspect of your program from start up, recruitment, service delivery, quality assurance, financial monitoring, to tracking and reporting.

Contract Monitoring

We assist organizations to successfully meet their contractual obligations by conducting programmatic and fiscal assessments, creating corrective action plans, developing the capacity within the organization and providing technical assistance guidance. We ensure that the program is in compliance and operating according to schedule.

Database Development

We design databases to help organizations manage program information to automatically retrieve or manipulate client's demographics, reports, forms, as well as monitor program effectiveness and staff performance.

Outcome Measurement

We identity program outcomes, develop appropriate outcome indicators, and develop data collection procedures and data analysis to assist organizations in understanding their program achievements. This is an excellent way to generate information for funders and other constituents to demonstrate the value of your programs and services.

Grant Research & Writing

We research for grants and other funding opportunities for your organization as well as prepare grant proposals.
