Etiquette and Protocol Consultant

Joyce Anthony Marsh has been in the corporate arena of Sales, Marketing, Personnel, and Career Development for more than twenty years. Her past employment includes the Chevrolet Motor Division of General Motors Corporation, Merck and the University of South Florida.

Based in Tampa, Florida since 1990, Mrs. Marsh provides briefings, business etiquette, dining skills, everyday manners for children and young adults, international protocol seminars, and one-on-one coaching.

Mrs. Marsh holds a B.A. from Fort Valley State University and a
Master of Public Administration from the University of Georgia. As a certified etiquette consultant of the prestigious Protocol School of Washington®, The Etiquette and Leadership Institute and IMPACTS Consultant Group she presents the most contemporary information available in the United States and abroad.

Mrs. Marsh is member of the City of Tampa Mayor’s Youth Advisory Board and the National Speakers Association. She is also guest on-camera local ABC Action News and National Reality Show “Bridezilla” Etiquette Expert.
